I've just had an email from a friend, asking if it is OK to use the grit that is in the grit bins on the side of the streets in Sutton? The answer is yes, absolutely. The grit is there for the public and council staff to use and it will be topped up as necessary.
If you notice that a grit bin is getting low, please tell me and I will pass this on.
