I would like to wish you all a very healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.2008 looks like it will be an exciting year in Sutton. We already know that there will be a by election in Cheam due to the disqualification of a Conservative Councillor by the Standards Board for England and the Mayoral and GLA elections will be upon us sooner than many of us may like to think.
